Q: What is the removal procedure for the rear object sensor?
A:
You need to disconnect the electrical connectors to the rear object sensor, lift the locking tabs on the housing and remove the rear object sensor, insert a small size screwdriver to release the tabs to remove the spring, push in the tabs, and remove the bezel.

You need to remove the dash trim bezel, grasp the buttons assembly housing and pull outwards, disconnect the electrical connector from the rear object alarm module switch, and remove the switch from the housing.
