Q: How to adjust the shift lock control actuator (with the shift lever clevis in the neutral position)?
A:
You need to pull out the tab on the adjuster block side of the shift lock control actuator, press on the adjuster block to compress the internal adjuster spring which disengages the adjuster teeth, slide the adjuster block, and lock the adjuster block in place.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the automatic transmission shift lock actuator?
A:
You need to disable the SIR system, remove the body control module (BCM), put the shift lever clevis into the neutral position, disconnect the electrical connector, pry the automatic transmission shift lock control actuator away from the steering column jacket and the cable shift cam, and remove the shift lock control actuator.

You need to remove the transmission filter and the 1-2 accumulator, disconnect the internal wiring harness electrical connectors, remove the pressure control solenoid retainer bolt and retainer, the pressure control solenoid, the 1-2 shift solenoid retainer and the 1-2 shift solenoid, the 2-3 shift solenoid retainer and the 2-3 shift solenoid, the 3-2 control solenoid retainer and the 3-2 control solenoid.
