Install the throttle body and seal. Apply thread lock GM P/N 12345382 (Canadian P/N 10953489) or equivalent to the nuts. Install the throttle body nuts. Tighten the throttle body bolts/nuts. Connect the engine harness electrical connector. Install the AIR feed tube. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.

02/11/2022Q: How do you clean the Throttle Body?
A:
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Inspect the throttle body bore and the throttle body plate for deposits. Clean the throttle body bore and the throttle plate using a clean shop towel with GM top engine cleaner, P/N 1052626, or A/C Delco Carburetor Tune-up Conditioner P/N X66P or an equivalent product. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.

Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Remove the secondary air injection feed tube. Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector. Loosen the throttle body bolts and nuts. Remove the throttle body and seal.
