2007 Buick Rainier Intake Manifold

You should remove the throttle body, the powertrain control module (PCM) retaining bolts and nuts, the PCM, the engine wire harness bracket bolt, the electrical harness and vacuum lines from the intake manifold, the generator, and the intake manifold.

You should install a new intake manifold gasket to the intake manifold, the intake manifold onto the engine and secure the manifold with the bolts, the generator, the vacuum brake booster hose to the intake manifold, the crankcase ventilation hose, the electrical harness and vacuum lines to the intake manifold, the engine electrical harness bracket bolt, the PCM mounting studs to the intake manifold, the PCM onto the studs, the PCM retaining bolt, the PCM retaining nuts, the PCM harness connectors to the PCM body and the throttle body.
