A:
You can install a new sealing washer and the discharge hose, remove the cap, connect the discharge hose, and install the discharge hose to the compressor nut. You need to tighten the nut to 16 N.m. After that, you can install the lower air baffle, lower the vehicle, install a new seal washer, remove the cap, and connect the discharge hose. Next, you need to install the discharge hose to the condenser nut. You need to tighten the nut to 16 N.m. Then you can evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Then you can install the air cleaner assembly.

Q: How to remove the suction hose?
A:
After removing the air cleaner assembly and recovering the refrigerant, you need to remove the suction hose and disconnect the evaporator outlet tube. Then you need to tape off the evaporator outlet tube. After that, you can disconnect the air conditioning (AC) compressor electrical connector and the engine harness electrical connector, remove the lower air baffle and the suction hose, and disconnect the suction hose. Then you can tape off the compressor suction port and remove the suction hose and the sealing washers.

Q: How to remove the evaporator tube?
A:
You need to remove the air cleaner assembly and recover the refrigerant. Then you can remove the wiper motor module and the evaporator inlet tube clamp nut. After that, you need to disconnect the electrical connector, remove the air conditioning (AC) pressure sensor and the evaporator outlet tube, and disconnect the evaporator tubes. After taping off the thermal expansion valve (TXV), you need to remove the evaporator inlet tube, disconnect the evaporator inlet tube, and tape off the condenser. Then you can remove the evaporator outlet tube bracket bolt, the evaporator inlet tube, and the sealing washers.
