You need to apply sealer P/N 21485278 to the oil cooler hose fitting threads. Then you need to install the oil cooler hose fitting and tighten the oil cooler hose fitting to 19 N.m. After that, you can install the oil cooler inlet hose clamp, the oil cooler inlet hose, the oil cooler inlet hose clamp, and the oil cooler. Then you can install the oil cooler connector and tighten the oil cooler connector to 50 N.m. after installing the oil cooler outlet hoses and pipe, you can connect the lower oil cooler outlet hose and the upper oil cooler hose.

Q: How to remove the engine oil cooler?
A:
After disconnecting the upper oil cooler outlet hose and the lower oil cooler outlet hose, you can remove the oil cooler outlet hoses and pipe, the oil cooler connector, the oil cooler inlet hose clamp and oil cooler, the oil cooler inlet hose and oil cooler inlet hose clamp, and the oil cooler hose fitting.
