You need to install a new Exhaust Manifold gasket. Then you can install the exhaust manifold and the exhaust manifold nuts. After positioning the exhaust manifold heat shield to the exhaust manifold, you need to install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and the exhaust crossover pipe nuts. After positioning the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield, you need to install the exhaust crossover pipe heat shield bolts and the radiator inlet hose. Then you can position the radiator inlet hose clamp. Next, you need to install the thermostat bypass pipe and the right engine mount strut bracket.

You need to remove the spare tire before raising and supporting the vehicle. Then you need to place a utility stand and remove the catalytic converter, the catalytic converter gasket, and the exhaust hanger insulators. After that, you can remove the Muffler, clean the catalytic converter flange and the muffler flange, and remove the hanger insulators.

After raising and supporting the vehicle, you can remove the catalytic converter hanger insulator, the catalytic converter hanger bolts, and the catalytic converter hanger.
