2007 Buick Rendezvous Fuel Level Sensor

After removing the fuel sender, you can disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector and slide the fuel level sensor down.

You need to slide the fuel level sensor up and connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector. Then you can install the fuel sender.

You need to install the fuel level sensor and clean the fuel sender sealing flange. Then you can install the new fuel sender seal, the fuel sender, and the fuel sender lock ring. After that, you can install the fuel sender lock ring, the fuel pipes, the fuel sender sensor electrical connectors, and the fuel tank.

After removing the fuel tank and disconnecting the fuel sender module electrical connectors, you need to disconnect the fuel pipes, unlock the fuel sender lock ring, and remove the fuel sender lock ring and the fuel sender. Then you can remove and discard the fuel sender seal and the fuel level sensor. After that, you can place the lock ring on a flat surface.
