Q: How to install the heater core?
A:
You need to install the heater core, the heater core pipe retaining clamp screw, the heater core cover, the heater core cover retaining screws, the heater outlet duct, the heater outlet duct screws, the I/P harness, the center floor air outlet, and the I/P insulator. Then you can install the heater hoses, connect the heater hose clamps, and install the transmission fluid filler tube and the air cleaner outlet duct. After connecting the brake booster vacuum hose, you can install the wiper module and fill the coolant.

Q: How to remove the heater core?
A:
After draining the cooling system, you can remove the wiper module and disconnect the brake booster vacuum hose and reposition. Then you can remove the air cleaner outlet duct and the transmission fluid filler tube, disconnect the heater hose clamps and the heater hoses, and cap off the heater core pipes. Then you can remove the instrument panel (I/P) insulator, the center floor air outlet, the screws, the heater outlet duct, the I/P harness, the screws, the heater core cover, the heater core pipe retaining screw, and the heater core.

A:
After removing the right instrument panel (I/P) insulators, you can remove the I/P compartment, the center floor air outlet, the screws, and the heater outlet duct. Then you can disconnect the I/P harness, and remove the screws and the heater core cover.
