After disconnecting the battery cable, you can loosen the battery cable bolt. Then you can remove the battery cable, the junction block cover, the battery cable, the battery cable terminal, the battery cable terminal boot, and the battery cable terminal nut. Then you can raise and support the vehicle, remove the radiator baffle, the battery cable, and the starter solenoid nut. Then you need to lower the vehicle, remove the battery cable assembly, place the cable assembly on a workbench, cut the tape around the cable conduit, open the conduit, and remove the battery cable.

After disconnecting the negative battery cable and the windshield wiper transmission link, you can rotate the engine forward, remove the drive belt, disconnect the engine harness electrical connector, and reposition the positive battery cable boot. Then you can remove the positive battery cable terminal nut, the positive battery cable terminal, the generator lower bolts, the generator upper bolt, and the generator.

You need to install the battery tray, the battery tray bolts, and the battery.
