A:
After removing the intake manifold cover and draining the cooling system, you can remove the air cleaner outlet duct, the spark plug wires, and the spark plug wire clip. After repositioning the spark plug wires and the heater outlet hose, you can reposition the Thermostat bypass pipe hose clamp, the thermostat bypass pipe hose, the left engine mount strut, the thermostat bypass pipe bolts and nuts, and the thermostat bypass pipe O-ring seal.
Q: How to remove the water pump?
A:
After draining the cooling system and loosening the Water Pump pulley bolts, you can remove the drive belt, the water pump pulley bolts, the water pump pulley, the water pump bolts, the water pump, and the water pump gasket. Then you can clean the water pump mating surfaces.
