Q: How to remove the Thermal Expansion Valve?
A:
You can remove the heater hoses, and the evaporator tube block, disconnect the evaporator inlet and outlet tube block from the TXV, remove the evaporator inlet tube from the outlet tube, discard the sealing washers, remove the TXV to evaporator bolts, the TXV from the evaporator core, and discard the TXV sealing washers.
