A:
You can position the connector, the I/P wiring harness junction block bracket, install the nuts, the I/P compartment, and the I/P right side end cap cover, and connect the negative battery cable.

Q: How to remove the Fuse Block?
A:
You can remove the negative battery cable, the instrument panel (I/P) right side endcap cover, the I/P compartment, the 2 forward screws, and the 2 nuts, loosen the I/P electrical center bracket and swing the junction block into the stowage compartment area, release the retaining tabs from the shroud/base to release the electrical connector from the I/P wiring harness, and walk off the I/P accessory wiring junction block assembly from the connector.
