Q: How to remove the Hood Latch Release Cable?
A:
You can open and support the hood, remove the hood latch cable, and the hood latch cable retaining clips, attach a length of mechanics wire to the hood latch cable, remove the hood release handle, the hood latch cable, and the grommet rearward from the passenger compartment, and transfer the lead wire to the new hood latch cable.
