Q: How do you install the Electronic Brake Control Module (W/O JL4)?
A:
You need to position the EBCM to the BPMV, install 4 new EBCM to BPMV screws, and connect the EBCM electrical connector. If installing a replacement EBCM, program the replacement EBCM. Then you can bleed the BPMV.

A:
You need to position the gasket to the BPMV and the EBCM to the BPMV, push the EBCM squarely onto the BPMV, install 4 new EBCM to BPMV screws, and connect the EBCM electrical connector. If installing a replacement EBCM, program the replacement EBCM. Then you can bleed the BPMV.

A:
You need to remove all dirt and debris from the electronic brake control module (EBCM) and the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV) before loosening or removing any of the components, clean the EBCM and the BPMV, disconnect the EBCM electrical connector, remove and discard the EBCM to BPMV screws, carefully pull the EBCM from the BPMV and remove the EBCM to BPMV gasket.
