Q: How do you remove the fuel level sensor (1500 series)?
A:
You need to remove the fuel tank module, use a small pick-like tool, push in the retainer to disengage the electrical connector, remove the fuel level sensor electrical connector from the module cover, push the level sensor locking tangs in towards the inside of the module bucket, slide the fuel level sensor up and remove the fuel level sensor from the module.

Q: How do you install the Level Sensor (2500-98.4L (26 GAL) Tank-Front)?
A:
You need to slide the fuel level sensor up onto the bucket until the sensor engages the retaining tab, connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector under the module cover and install the fuel tank module.
