Q: How do you remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor?
A:
You need to remove the intake manifold sight shield, disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor, and remove the MAP sensor retainer and the MAP sensor.

Q: What is the throttle body cleaning procedure?
A:
You need to remove the air cleaner outlet duct and inspect the Throttle Body bore and the throttle plate for deposits. You will need to open the throttle plate to inspect all surfaces. Then you can clean the throttle body bore and the throttle plate using a clean shop towel with GM Top Engine Cleaner, P/N 1052626, or AC-Delco Carburetor Tune-Up Conditioner, P/N X66-P, or an equivalent product and install the air cleaner outlet duct.
Q: How do you remove the air cleaner element?
A:
You need to disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor, loosen the air cleaner housing screws, lift the air cleaner housing cover and remove the Air Filter element.
Q: How do you install the mass airflow sensor/intake air temperature sensor?
A:
You need to install the MAF/IAT sensor to the air cleaner assembly, tighten the MAF/IAT sensor adapter clamp and connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the MAF/IAT sensor.
