You need to use the J 45756, install a new front output shaft seal and the rear propeller shaft, check the fluid level and add fluid, install the transfer case shield and lower the vehicle.

Q: How do you install the front Transfer Case Output Shaft Seal?
A:
You need to install the J 43484 to the J 8092 and a new seal onto J 43484, use J 43484 and J 8092 to install the seal. Then you can install the front propeller shaft, check the fluid level, add fluid, install the transfer case shield and lower the vehicle.

Q: How do you remove the front Transfer Case Output Shaft Seal?
A:
You need to remove the transfer case shield, the front propeller shaft, and the front output shaft seal by inserting a flat-tipped screwdriver behind the inner race of the seal, pry the inner seal race forward, use a small pry bar to move the inner seal race forward on the front output shaft, remove the inner seal race from the front output shaft, insert a flat-tipped screwdriver or small pry bar into the space between the lip of the outer race of the seal and the transfer case and remove the remaining part of the output shaft seal from the transfer case.
