You can inspect the new O-ring seal for any signs of cracks, clean the sealing surfaces of the A/C refrigerant components, coat the new O-ring seal and thread fitting, slide the new O-ring seal onto the A/C refrigerant component and assemble the A/C components.

The procedure is to remove the RH insulator panel, disconnect the Blower Motor electrical connector, remove the blower motor retaining screws, and remove the blower motor from the HVAC module.
Q: What is the removal procedure for the heater core cover?
