A:
The procedure is to remove the rear evaporator line assembly, remove the heater pipe assembly to the heater core retaining bolt, remove the heater pipe assembly from the vehicle and remove the sealing washers.

A:
You should lubricate the inside diameters of the hose with clean coolant before installation.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the heater inlet hose?
A:
First, drain the cooling system, remove the battery, disengage tension on the heater inlet hose clamp, disconnect the heater inlet hose from the heater pipe assembly and disconnect the heater inlet hose from the underhood junction box retainer clip. Next, disengage the tension on the heater inlet hose clamp, disconnect the heater inlet hose from the water pump and remove the heater inlet hose from the vehicle.

You can tighten the bolt to 14 N.m (10 lb-ft).
