The procedure is to position the oil drain pan under the engine oil drain plug, remove the engine oil drain plug, clean and inspect the engine oil drain plug, clean and inspect the engine oil drain plug sealing surface, remove the Oil Filter, and clean and inspect the oil filter sealing area.
Q: How do you install the oil pan?
A:
You can install a new Oil Pan gasket on the oil manifold plate, install the oil pan retaining bolts, install the oil drain plug, install the engine oil level sensor into the oil pan, install the automatic transmission fluid cooler lines, install a new engine oil filter and install the front suspension crossmember to the vehicle.
