Remove the Throttle Body, open the throttle valve of the throttle body, remove dirt or carbon deposits/buildup from the throttle valve and the throttle bore, ensure that the throttle valve and throttle bore are clean and dry, inspect that the throttle valve operates smoothly and freely, and install the throttle body to the vehicle.

Disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor electrical connector, and remove the MAP Sensor bolt and the MAP sensor.

Loosen the air cleaner intake duct clamp at the air cleaner assembly, and remove the air cleaner intake duct, the upper air cleaner screws, the upper air cleaner cover, and the air cleaner filter.
