Q: How to remove the Evaporator Tube?
A:
You need to recover the refrigerant from the system, remove the evaporator tube nut from the TXV stud, remove the evaporator tube from the TXV, remove the evaporator tube from the retaining clips on the fender, then remove the grille and the evaporator tube retaining clip from the condenser, remove the evaporator tube attaching bolt at the receiver dehydrator, remove the evaporator tube and the O-ring seal and discard.

Q: What is the recommended torque when installing the discharge hose mounting bolt to the A/C compressor?
A:
The recommended torque is 16 N.m (12 lb-ft).

Q: How to remove the Suction Hose?
A:
You need to recover the refrigerant, remove the generator, remove the suction hose mounting bolt from the A/C compressor, then remove the suction hose from the A/C compressor, remove the nut from the TXV stud, remove the suction hose from the TXV, remove the suction hose assembly, and discard all of the used sealing washers.
