Q: How to remove the Control and Shift Solenoids?
A:
You need to remove the transmission oil pan and filter, the 1-2 accumulator, then disconnect the internal wiring harness electrical connectors from the transmission fluid pressure switch, 1-2 shift control solenoid, 2-3 shift control solenoid, pressure control solenoid, TCC PWM solenoid, 3-2 control solenoid, then remove the pressure control solenoid retainer, the pressure control solenoid, the 1-2 and 2-3 shift solenoid retainers, and remove the 1-2 and 2-3 shift solenoids, the 3-2 control solenoid retainer, finally remove the 3-2 control solenoid.
