You need to remove the steering column trim covers, next turn the ignition lock cylinder to the accessory (ACC) position, then insert the 90 degrees tip of a pick-type tool into the access hole of the ignition lock cylinder, push down and hold the retaining pin of the ignition lock cylinder, finally remove the ignition lock cylinder.
