You should lubricate the MAP sensor seal, then install the MAP sensor and the MAP sensor retainer, then connect the MAP sensor electrical connector.

Q: How to remove the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor?
A:
You need to disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor electrical connector, press the retainer locking tabs inward, then pull the retainer up to remove, then remove the MAP sensor from the intake manifold, then inspect the MAP sensor seal for damage, and replace it as necessary.
