Q: How to install the Transfer Case Output Shaft Seal - Front?
A:
You should install the new front output shaft seal into the transfer case, install the yoke flange to the front output shaft, then lubricate the new yoke flange O-ring seal with transfer case fluid, install the yoke flange O-ring seal, a new yoke flange nut, then attach the J 8614-01 to the yoke flange, stake the yoke flange nut in 2 places, install the front propeller shaft, then fill the transfer case fluid.
