Q: How to remove the Air Conditioning (A/C) Evaporator Case Assembly?
A:
You will need to remove the HVAC module, remove the heater core cover screws from the evaporator case assembly, remove the heater core cover from the evaporator case assembly, then remove the heater core from the HVAC module, remove the evaporator case assembly screws from the blower case assembly, and remove the evaporator case assembly from the blower case assembly.

Q: How to install the Air Conditioning (A/C) Evaporator Case Assembly?
A:
You may need to install the evaporator case assembly to the blower case assembly, install evaporator case assembly screws to the blower case assembly and tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in), install the heater core to the HVAC module, and install the heater core cover and heater core cover screws, then tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in) and install the HVAC module.
