Q: How to remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation?
A:
You will need to remove the injector sight shield, remove the bolt retaining the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pipe to the EGR valve, then remove the 2 bolts securing the EGR pipe to the exhaust manifold, the EGR pipe, and the EGR pipe to exhaust manifold gasket.

Q: How to install the Exhaust Gas Recirculation?
A:
You may need to install the EGR pipe to the exhaust manifold gasket, the EGR pipe, and the 2 bolts that secure the EGR pipe to the exhaust manifold, tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in), install the bolt securing the EGR pipe bolt to the EGR valve, tighten the bolt to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft), and finally install the injector sight shield.
