Q: How to install the Exhaust Crossover Pipe?
A:
You may need to install any previously removed exhaust manifold studs and tighten the studs to 25 N.m (18 lb-ft), install the exhaust crossover pipe, maintain approximately 6.35 mm (0.25 in) between the thermostat housing and the exhaust crossover pipe, install the exhaust crossover pipe nuts and tighten the nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb-ft), then install the battery box.

You will need to remove the battery box, the exhaust crossover pipe nuts, the exhaust crossover pipe, and then the exhaust manifold studs if replacement of the stud is necessary.
