You will need to disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system, then remove the front floor console, remove the park brake cable adjusting nut and washer using only hand tools with the park brake lever in the released position, then release the rear park brake cable ends from the cable equalizer on the front cable, finally remove the front park brake cable from the park brake lever.
