A:
You can slide the fuel level sensor onto the bucket and slide it upward, slide the fuel level sensor upward, connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector and install the fuel sender assembly.

A:
You can position the NEW fuel sender O-ring seal onto the fuel tank, install the fuel sender into the fuel tank, position the lock ring onto the fuel tank, install the fuel sender lock ring, connect the fuel line and the EVAP lines to the sender and install the fuel tank.

You can remove the oil pan drain plug, drain the crankcase, reinstall the oil pan drain plug, disconnect the engine oil level sensor electrical connector and remove the engine oil level sensor bolt and sensor.

A:
You can remove the fuel sender assembly, disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector, push in the fuel level sensor retainer and slide the fuel level sensor downward and off of the bucket.

01/04/2022Q: What is the removal procedure for the fuel sender assembly?
A:
The procedure is to remove the fuel tank, disconnect the evaporative emission lines and the fuel line, reposition the fuel feed and EVAP lines, unlock the fuel sender lock ring, remove the fuel sender and the fuel sender O-ring seal, place the lock ring on a flat surface and check the warpage for replacement.
