Place the new heat shield to the underbody and install new rivets to attach it, next install the O2 wiring harness to the clips. Lastly, install the catalytic converter.

Q: How do I remove the catalytic heat shield?
A:
Start with removing the catalytic converter. Next, remove the O2 sensor wiring harness from the clips attached to the heat shield. Drill out the rivets in the shield to completely remove the catalytic converter shield.
