Q: What is the engine coolant thermostat housing installation procedure?
A:
First, place the new gasket and the thermostat housing on the engine block. Next, install the thermostat housing bolt/stud and tighten them to 10 Nm. Install the radiator outlet hose to the thermostat housing and place the radiator outlet hose clamp at the thermostat housing. Finally, install the air cleaner outlet duct and fill the cooling system.

A:
You can install the Water Pump pulley, and the drive belt, and fill up the cooling system.
Q: What is the thermostat installation procedure?
A:
Install the new Thermostat, and place a new gasket and the thermostat housing on the engine block. Next, install the thermostat housing bolt/stud and tighten the bolt/stud to 25 Nm. After that install the radiator outlet hose to the thermostat housing and place the radiator outlet hose clamp at the thermostat housing. Finally, install the air cleaner outlet duct and fill the cooling system.
Q: How do I install the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor?
A:
Coat the threads of the ECT sensor with sealer, Install and connect the ECT sensor. Install the intake manifold cover and the exhaust crossover.
