You can disconnect the electrical connector, and then grasp and pull the sensor straight downward from the air duct.

You need to remove the air cleaner outlet duct, disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor, and then remove the MAF/IAT sensor screws, the MAF/IAT sensor from the air cleaner assembly and the MAF/IAT sensor seal.

You need to install the MAF/IAT sensor seal onto the MAF/IAT sensor, the MAF/IAT sensor to the air cleaner assembly and the MAF/IAT sensor screws, connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the MAF/IAT sensor, and then install the air cleaner outlet duct.
