You need to install the valve stem seal, the valve spring, the valve spring retainer, the EN 46110 above the applicable valve spring as shown, and the valve spring keepers, remove the EN 46110, disconnect the J 39313 from the compressed air source, remove the J 39313, install the spark plugs and the rocker arms and camshafts, remove the EN 46106, and then install the starter motor.

Q: How do you remove the Valve Stem Oil Seal and Valve Spring-Left Side?
A:
You need to remove the starter motor, install the EN 46106 to prevent crankshaft rotation, remove the camshafts and rocker arms and the spark plug from the applicable cylinder, install the J 39313 to the applicable cylinder, connect the J 39313 to a compressed air source, install the EN 46110 above the applicable cylinder as shown, tighten the EN 46110 valve spring compressor nut, remove the valve keepers, loosen the EN 46110 valve spring compressor nut, and then remove the valve spring retainer, the valve spring, and the valve stem seal.
