Q: How do you remove the Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Solenoid-Bank 2 (Left Side) Intake?
A:
You need to remove the engine mount strut bracket, the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet, and the power steering fluid reservoir bracket bolts, remove and reposition the power steering fluid reservoir bracket out of the way, disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the bank 2 intake camshaft position (CMP) actuator solenoid valve, remove the CMP actuator solenoid valve bolt and valve, and then inspect the CMP actuator solenoid valve seal for damage and replace as necessary.
