Install the new seal washer onto the A/C refrigerant component and assemble the remaining A/C refrigerant components.

A:
First, you need to inspect the new O-ring seals for any signs of cracks, cuts, or damage. Next, remove the cap or tape from the air conditioning (A/C) refrigerant components. Clean the sealing surfaces of the A/C refrigerant components and lightly coat the new O-ring seals with mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil. Carefully slide the new O-ring seals onto the A/C refrigerant component and assemble the A/C components.
