Disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the air cleaner assembly, the engine mount struts, and the coolant reservoir hose from the fan shroud LS4 only. Next, disconnect the upper transaxle oil cooler pipe from the radiator and tighten the radiator bracket upper support bolt to 10 Nm.

A:
First, install a new Water Pump seal and the water pump. Install the water pump bolts and tighten the water pump bolts to 10 Nm. Next, install the water pump pulley, and the water pump pulley bolts, and tighten them to 12 Nm. Finally, install the generator drive belt and fill the cooling system.
Q: How do I install the Coolant Recovery Reservoir?
A:
Install the coolant recovery reservoir and nuts to the lower retainer and the shock tower studs. Lubricate the reservoir hose with clean water and install the Coolant Reservoir hose to the radiator overflow hose. Position the coolant reservoir hose clamp to the radiator overflow hose fitting and Install the front fender upper diagonal brace. Lastly, fill the coolant recovery reservoir to the proper level.
Q: What is the engine coolant thermostat installation procedure?
A:
Install the Thermostat, the O-ring seal, and the water outlet housing. Next, install the water outlet housing bolts and tighten the bolts to 15 Nm. Next, install the radiator inlet hose to the water outlet housing and reposition the hose clamp to the water outlet housing.
