A:
Connect the heater inlet hose to the heater core and use the J 38185 to reposition the heater inlet hose to the heater core lamp. Next, install the heater inlet hose to the heater recipe and reposition the heater inlet hose to the heater pipe clamp.

You can drain the cooling system, remove the heater outlet hose, and reposition the outlet hose.

01/11/2022Q: What is the heater pipes installation procedure?
A:
Install the heater pipe assembly into position in the vehicle and the heater pipe hoses to the engine. Next reposition and release the heater pipe hose clamps and install the heater pipe assembly retaining bolt to the front of the engine. Install the heater pipe assembly retaining bolts and tighten the heater pipe assembly bolts to 16 Nm. Finally, install the air cleaner assembly and fill the cooling system.
