Q: What is the mode valve assembly installation procedure?
A:
Install the right front edge of the mode valve assembly under the recirculation and the mode valve assembly to the HVAC module assembly. Next, install the two rearward retaining screws to the recirculation housing and the three new screws in the locations adjacent to the removed heat stakes in the mode valve assembly, and install the BCM, the brake pedal bolts, the booster push rod, and the junction block bolt. Tighten the junction block bolt to 10 Nm, install the I/P trim pad and connect the battery negative cable.

Q: What is the recirculation actuator installation procedure?
A:
Align the locating hole to the alignment pin on the HVAC module assembly and install the screws to the recirculation actuator. Tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm and connect the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator. Install the I/P compartment, install the right I/P insulator and calibrate the actuator.

Q: What is the air temperature actuator installation procedure?
A:
First, position the air temperature actuator and align the locating hole to the alignment pin on the HVAC module case. Next slide the actuator drive on the shaft and install the screws to the air temperature actuator. Make sure to tighten the screws to 1.5 Nm and connect the electrical connector to the air temperature actuator. Install the I/p compartment, and the right side I/P insulator and calibrate the actuator.
