Q: What is the intermediate steering shaft installation procedure?
A:
Place the intermediate steering shaft into the seal and connect the intermediate shaft to the steering column. Next, install the upper boot to the ridge and around the intermediate shaft pass-through. Install the intermediate steering shaft pinch bolt and tighten the pinch bolt to 48 Nm.

Q: What is the intermediate steering shaft seal installation procedure?
A:
First, install the intermediate shaft seal over the intermediate shaft from the inside of the vehicle. Next, connect the intermediate shaft to the steering column and install the upper intermediate shaft pinch bolt. Make sure to tighten the bolt to 48 Nm and install the intermediate shaft seal bolts. Tighten the intermediate shaft seal bolts to 3 Nm and connect the lower/intermediate shaft seal to the steering column.
