2008 Cadillac CTS A/C Condenser

First, you need to install the condenser, install a new O-ring to the condenser tube, connect the condenser tube to the condenser, and install the condenser tube bolt, and a new O-ring to the discharge line. Then, please connect the discharge line to the condenser, and install the discharge line bolt, the condenser lower mounting bolts, the condenser upper bracket bolts, the front air deflector, the front air deflector bolts, and the front air deflector retainers. Finally, you should evacuate and recharge the A/C system and leak-test the fittings of the component.

The recommended torque is 9Nm(80 lb in).

First, you need to remove the front air deflector retainers, the front air deflector bolts, and the front air deflector. Then, please remove the condenser upper bracket bolts, the condenser lower mounting bolts, and the discharge line bolt. You also need to disconnect the discharge line from the condenser, remove and discard the O-ring, remove the condenser tube bolt, and disconnect the condenser tube from the condenser. Finally, you can remove and discard the O-ring.
