First, you need to position the power steering fluid cooler in the vehicle, install the power steering fluid cooler bracket bolt and nut, and secure the front bumper fascia. Then, please connect the power steering cooler hose to the power steering fluid cooler and clean any excess fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans. Finally, you should install the front air deflector, and fill and bleed the power steering system.

Q: How to remove the Power Steering Fluid Cooler?
A:
First, you need to remove as much power steering fluid from the remote power steering fluid reservoir as possible and remove the front air deflector. Then, please place drain pans under the vehicle as needed and disconnect the power steering cooler hose from the power steering fluid cooler. Finally, you should loosen the front bumper fascia enough to pull it forward and remove the power steering fluid cooler bracket bolt and remove the power steering fluid cooler bracket nut and the power steering fluid cooler.
