Q: How to install the Transmission Control?
A:
First, you need to position the manual transmission control assembly to the vehicle and install the center shift control rod pin, the left and right side shift control rod pins, and the center shift control rod pin retainer. Then, please rotate the left and right side shift control rod pins to lock the retainers into place on the transmission. You also need to raise the transmission, install the transmission support and remove the jack supporting the transmission. Finally, you should install the propeller shafts, the exhaust system, the manual transmission control mount plate assembly, the front floor console, and the transmission control lever knob.

Q: How to remove the Transmission Control?
A:
First, you need to remove the transmission control lever knob, the front floor console, the manual transmission control mount plate assembly, and the exhaust system. Then, please disconnect the front and rear propeller shafts from the transmission, position them out of the way, support the transmission with a suitable jack, remove the transmission support, lower the rear of the transmission, and remove the left and right side shift control rod pins, the center shift control rod pin and the manual transmission control assembly from the vehicle. Finally, you should remove the left and right side shift control rod pins, the center shift control rod pin, and the manual transmission control assembly from the vehicle.
