A:
First, you need to turn OFF the ignition for 30 seconds. Then, please Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF for 60 seconds. After that, you should turn OFF the ignition. Then, please turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. Finally, you should Clear the DTCs with a scan tool.

You need to turn off the ignition and remove the fuel injection side shield and the air cleaner duct.

02/11/2022Q: How to perform the Throttle Body Inspection and Cleaning?
A:
First, you need to remove the air cleaner intake duct and open the throttle valve to inspect the throttle body bore and the throttle valve plate for any deposits. Then, please use a clean shop towel and Top Engine Cleaner GM P/N 1052626 or equivalent product to clean the throttle body bore and the throttle valve plate. Finally, you should install the air cleaner duct.
