You will need to remove the spot lamp wiring harness push-in retainer from the windshield garnish molding, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the screw from the spot lamp bezel, remove the spot lamp bezel from the spot lamp, remove the lamp from the spot lamp, remove spot lamp bulb retaining clip and remove the spot lamp bulb from the spot lamp, then disconnect the spot lamp bulb electrical connector.

The proper way is to route the connector through the retainer, install the retainer by pressing it into place fully seated, connect the electrical connector to the receptacle, align the tabs on the receptacle to the slots in the retainer, then install the accessory power receptacle fuse.
