You can turn ON the ignition for 2 seconds, turn OFF the ignition for 10 seconds, then turn ON the ignition, and inspect for fuel leaks.

01/11/2022Q: What should be noticed when installing the fuel sender assembly?
A:
You will need to always replace the fuel sender seal when installing the fuel sender assembly. You can replace the lock ring if necessary. You mustn't apply any type of lubrication in the seal groove. You also need to ensure the lock ring is installed with the correct side facing upward. A correctly installed lock ring will only turn in a clockwise direction.
