You may need to position the drive belt Idler Pulley to the engine and finger starter the pulley bolt, tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb-ft), then install the drive belt tensioner.
Q: What should be noticed when installing the secondary camshaft drive chains?
A:
You mustn't remove the pin holding the tensioner until the secondary Timing Chains are installed.
Q: How to install the Drive Belt Tensioner?
A:
You may need to position the drive Belt Tensioner to the left cylinder head, install the drive belt tensioner bolt and tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb-ft), then install the drive belt and new seal, next recharge the A/C system, install the right engine mount strut and connect the negative battery cable.
