You will need to raise and support the vehicle, support the engine assembly with a suitable jack, remove the nuts securing the transmission mount to the transmission mount bracket, raise the jack allowing the engine assembly to lift from the engine frame slightly, then remove the transmission mount bracket mounting bolts and the transmission mount bracket.
